    Batter

    Step one

Line an 8 in x 8 in glass pan with parchment paper. Combine 8 Tbsp cannabutter, 12 ounces of chocolate chips, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract in a medium bowl.

    Step two

In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of sugar and 2/3 cup evaporated milk.

    Step three

Using a rubber spatula, stir until smooth. Add marshmallows.

    Step four

Cook on medium-low, stirring with the rubber spatula, until the marshmallows are melted.

    Step five

Continue cooking for 5 minutes, until tan.

    Step six

Remove the mixture from heat, pour it over the chocolate chip mixture, and use a wooden spoon to combine.

    Step seven

Pour everything into the 8 in x 8 in glass pan and let cool.

    Coating

    Step one

Tape a length of wax paper or aluminum foil onto a counter or table. Place the bar of candiquick into a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 120 seconds (two minutes). *Note if you microwave on high the chocolate will burn.* Stir thoroughly until all chocolate is melted; if needed, heat for an additional 15 seconds and stir.

    Step two

Using a fondue fork or a dining fork, rest the fudge bite on the prongs and submerge into the melted chocolate.

    Step three

Gently rotate the fudge bite with the fork and then scoop underneath to remove from the chocolate.

    Step four

Scrape the bottom of the fork against the rim of the rim of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.

    Step five

Gently shake the fudge bite onto the wax paper or aluminum foil to let set.

    Step six

Sprinkle the top of the fudge bite with coarse grain sea salt.

    Step seven

The chocolate should harden at typical room temperature within 10 minutes when left undisturbed. Optionally, you can use a sharp knife to cut the excess hardened chocolate from the bottom of the fudge bite.

    Final step

    Eat.
