Step oneIn a medium saucepan, combine the 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar, ½ cup milk, 8 Tbsp cannabutter, and 4 Tbsp cocoa powder. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 ½ minutes.
Step twoRemove from heat, stir in the ½ cup peanut butter, 3 cups oats, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Step threeDrop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.
