Dough
Step oneWhisk the 2 and 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 and 1/4 teaspoons yeast together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Step twoCombine the 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup water, and 3 tablespoons cannabutter together in a heatproof bowl. Microwave until the cannabutter is melted and the mixture is warm to touch. Pour into the dry ingredients, add the egg, and stir until it forms a soft dough or use your mixer.
Step threeOn a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for 3 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover loosely, and let rest for about 10 minutes.
Filling
After 10 minutes, roll the dough out in a 14×8 inch rectangle. Spread the 3 tablespoons softened cannabutter on top. Mix together the 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Sprinkle it over the dough and roll up the dough tightly. Cut into 10-12 even rolls and arrange in a lightly greased 9-inch round dish.
Step oneCover the rolls with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm environment for 60-90 minutes.
Step twoAfter the rolls have doubled in size, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 25-28 minutes until lightly browned.
Glaze
